Read 10 pages of a non-fiction or self-help book.


Hydration Check

Day 1 12:00 PM - 12:00 PM

Make sure you've drunk at least half of your daily water intake (1 gallon total).


Evening Workout (Your Choice)

Second 45-minute workout of the day. Can be indoors or outdoors.
