    Congratulations on investing in yourself and signing up for this quarterly check in. Each quarter, we’ll put 60 mins on your calendar for you to reflect on your goals and progress across 3 different areas of your life. We suggest personal, professional, and financial as categories but you can choose any 3 areas you’d like. To start, select 3 areas of improvement or goals for each category that you’d like to work towards in the next quarter. Write them down in Google doc or notebook. You’ll be prompted next quarter to revisit these and choose new ones.   • 🙌🕒 Second Personal development quarterly check-in

    Your first quarter is complete! Take this hour to review the goals you set for yourself last quarter. For the first 20 mins, reflect on which goals or improvements you achieved. How did you go about achieving them? For the goals you didn’t achieve, why do you think they didn’t happen? Spend the next 40 mins revising the goals for the next quarter. Apply the tactics you used to achieve the goals in the first quarter to these new goals. How else can you show up for yourself? Who can you ask for support or help?     You’re at the halfway mark for this plan! At this point, you should have 2 quarters of progress to reflect upon. For the first 20 mins, take stock of what you achieved and which areas still need improvement. Did you spend enough time pursuing the goals you didn’t hit? Spend the next 40 mins revising the goals for the next quarter. Apply the tactics you used to achieve the goals in the first quarter to these new goals. How else can you show up for yourself?
