  • ๐ŸŒŽ Fresh as a daisy on day 3

Buying the most sustainable options and keeping them useful through repair is only half the battle. It's estimated that 70% of the carbon emissions during the lifecycle of a cotton T-Shirt come from washing and drying. So, if you can, go an extra wear or two before throwing it in the hamper. And when you do wash your clothes go for the cool setting- heating up the water is a large bulk of the emissions associated with washing clothes.

  • ๐ŸŒŽ Learn to read the label

Understanding what goes into sustainable manufacturing can be confusing, so familiarize yourself with some key terms on a label. Is the cotton GOTS certified? Was it made from recycled fabrics? Can the garment itself be recycled responsibly? These are all things to consider before making a purchase. https://link.joinarrange.com/shopmoresustainably_howtoreadalabel
