Weekly fitness plan

Living in Southern California, I try to take advantage of being able to exercise outdoors year round. During the week, I shoot for a late afternoon walk, when I'm ready for a break from my computer (except for Fridays, when I go mid-afternoon and take two standing calls during my walk). Weekends, I usually get a walk in on Saturdays, and play frisbee every Sunday.
